Artist's Comments

These falls are located on the private property of a Living Waters Ministry, but the proprieters are wonderful enough to let the public come and view the falls. The trail's a bit difficult, mainly because it's a little overgrown. There are several falls in a row, so I'm not certain they're all called Cathedral Falls. In any case, they're certainly beautiful.

Were these in NC or in SC?

Love your shutter speed... made the water all nice and milky.

They're in Transylvania county in NC (see [link]), aka "Land of Waterfalls" -- it's a great area to go if you're looking for falls. There are plenty of them, and many have well marked or even paved trails leading to them. Most of the waterfall shots I took were there. I have a few from Linville Falls, too, which is a bit farther up the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Thanks so much for the :+fav: :w00t:
